Objectives

THE MAIN OBJECTIVE:  Promote and support dual careers for athletes by setting up a transnational network of stakeholders that will develop a platform for the training of athletes in the management and organization of sport events, hence contributing to their employability.

  • Specific objective 1

    To establish a sustainable network in Mediterranean region to exchange good practices and experiences.

  • Specific objective 2

    To develop a model for the education and training of athletes in organisation and management of sport events.

  • Specific objective 3

    To become a reference model for the sustainable social legacy and good governance sporting events.

  • Specific objective 4

    To increase the capacity of sporting event organisers integrating the athlete perspective in their organization

  • Specific objective 5

    To promote joint business initiative between athletes from the both basins in order to foster their employability
